TouchTime

TouchTime - developments in hybrid enterprises, is an Antwerp based cooperative organization for arts production, management and policy.

Inspired by Ritsaert ten Cate's Amsterdam based TouchTime, the co-operation was founded by Bruno Verbergt.

More on the Bookmine project.

We are a cooperative organization under Belgian law. Art, beauty, ideas, projects, knowledge and experiences are shared amongst the members of the cooperation.

We produce art projects, co-develop exhibition proposals and like to get involved in events. We know a lot about how to run arts organizations, how to make good ideas work, how to involve artists in all their integrity, how to develop policies that make a difference and how to rhyme art, strategy and quality.

We love to meet artists and people, and to share ideas. Therefore, we work primarily in physical, not virtual places, with a table, seats, artworks, and books. Our first space was (probably not) a gallery at Monty in Antwerp. During the summer of 2015 we were located at Zomer van Antwerpen. Since 2016 TouchTime has no physical studio.

In line with Ritsaert ten Cate's texts on festivals, Bruno Verbergt delivered a keynote speech at the EFFE-seminar Arts Festivals Salon of the European Festival Association on 18 September 2017 at Bozar in Brussels: Meet your creative business partners: "Everything of worth is defenseless".
